Good to talk to, actually listens to what you ask for with your hair. Plus when you talk to her you realize she used to teach hairdressers at the school... so she has just that much more experience. She was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. I do not live in the North and its a hike for me, about 40min. But well worth it.
