Radical Cross Stitch – February Market 4th Feb @ Section 8
January 26, 2008They’ve gone with a bit of a name change, but the Radical Cross Stitchers are at it again on the 4th of February. And the best news, they’ve had a yen to delivery crafty business fortnightly instead of monthly! From their website:
The market will be at the same place, starting at the same time, but from February onwards we will be more frequent. Due to popular demand for stall spaces and our major withdrawals in between markets, we are going fortnightly from February. The poster doesn’t say that yet, but it will soon.
Craft Mafia Market – Section 8, Tattersalls Lane. First Monday of the month.

Just a mention of this monthly underground craft market at Section 8, the Container Bar in Tattersalls Lane, City (where the Gaylord Indian Restaurant is situated, off Little Bourke Street near Swanston).
At this stage it is a rating-free mention, as I’ve not sampled the wares myself. But even though Christmas is in the can for another year, it is still good to know this market is there supporting Melbourne’s talented artisans and such…
